VersaFlex VF 340 is a 100% solids elastomeric polyurea membrane developed for applications requiring a flame resistant coating. It is a fast set, rapid curing, flexible, two-component polyurea elastomer spray coating material that is Class 1 Fire resistant approved. VF 340 is used by itself or in combination with other materials to produce coatings, liners, wearing courses and resilient surfaces on concrete and other substrates. VF 340 produces an extremely tough film at all thicknesses. VF 340 may be applied in all positions and to any properly prepared substrates. VF 340 is inert, it will not hydrolyze, leach, or contaminate other materials, and is bondable and paintable. VF 340 is relatively moisture and temperature insensitive, allowing application in the most problematic ambient conditions.

VersaFlex VF 340 is a superior flame resistant material that resists ignition, will self-extinguish if ignited and is designed specifically for industrial applications involving metal or concrete that receives constant or intermittent attack from various chemicals. VF 340 is flexible, accommodating to movement of the substrate, yet strong enough to remain intact under all conditions except major structural dislocations. With or without reinforcements, VF 340 may be used in transitional areas with confidence. VF 340 may be used in interior or exterior applications.
