1974

Specialty Products, Incorporated (SPI) story began in Fairbanks, Alaska in 1974, as a subsidiary of Urethane Contractors Supply Company (UCSC).

1982

Milamar coatings was formed as a high-performance resinous floorings and wall coatings provider in Oklahoma City, OK.

1988

SPI was formed as UCSC’s new research, development and manufacturing division, opening the first SPI production plant in Washington State.

1988

Raven Lining Systems is formed in Broken Arrow, OK to provide manhole rehabilitation solutions, based upon our flagship Raven 405 epoxy system.

1994

VersaFlex Incorporated is formed based on the efforts to improve the efficiencies of rehabbing slab joints in flat concrete flooring installations and the ideal to build a specialty coating business around the new emerging polyurea technology.

2000

Bridge Preservation LLC is formed to provide transportation waterproofing solution for rail & automotive bridges, as part of VersaFlex Corporation.

2012

Protective Flooring & Linings joins Milamar

2013

International Coatings joins Milamar

2015

Vanberg Specialized Coatings, a specialty agricultural focused solutions provider joins Milamar

2017

VersaFlex joins forces with Dalfort Capital to start building a specialty coatings portfolio.
