VersaFlex SL/60 is a self-leveling, 100% solids, flexible, two-component, rapid curing polyurea elastomer joint sealant material.
Use SL/60 to fill cracks, contraction joints, control joints, or new construction joints inhorizontal concrete surfaces. SL/60 is ideal for use on elevated parking decks, balcony decks, pedestrian decks, bridge decks, and on-grade slabs where its quick and positive cure will allow rapid turn around and return to use.
Recently, we redesigned the SL/60 product to improve its performance. It now cures faster (return to service in 30 minutes), has better performance (increased tensile strength and elongation), and shaves easier.
SL/60 is highly flexible (designed for at least 25% movement of installed joint width), retaining full properties and memory capability while allowing normal joint movement and accommodating slab movement where designed movement and thermal cycling will occur. Recommended concrete cure a minimum of 28 days prior to installing joint filler or joint sealant.
